Start Talking!

Ohio is launching a new program called Start Talking! to help parents and educators talk with youth about drug abuse, especially first use. Part of the program, called Know! is based on findings that children who talk with their parents and other authority figures about drugs are 50 percent less likely to use them. Know! arms teachers and parents with these communication tools to deliver a strong, consistent message. Click HERE to see a video of Gov. John Kasich and First Lady Karen introducing the program.
