Fairview Relay For Life Garage Sale

Do you have any Fairview clothing that you don’t wear anymore?  Donate it to Team Fairview!  Fairview’s Relay for Life team is hosting a free-will donation “garage sale” of old Fairview clothing at the Athletic Booster’s Craft Fair on December 6th and we need donations.  If you have any old (or not so old) Fairview clothing or other items that you don’t wear/use anymore we would love to have them!  All sizes from children to adult is welcome.  Donations can be dropped off at the high school office between now and December 5th.

Fairview High School Student Council Amazon Fund Raiser

We are excited to announce a new fund raiser for Fairview High School!  There are no products to sell, volunteers to organize, or money to collect.  This fundraiser is an internet based program with Amazon.com.  We will make 5-7% commission on purchases people make when shopping on Amazon’s website when they use the special link created for us.  There is no additional cost to shopping on Amazon through our special link and using this link when shopping Amazon is all that is required to earn the commission.  Please share this information with your family and friends and visit our website (or bookmark the link) when you shop at Amazon!

Apache Discount Cards For Sale

The Central Local Music Boosters have Apache Discount Cards for sale for $1 each while supplies last. Cards can be used for discounts at local businesses through 12/31/14. For a sample of the card, click HERE. Cards can be purchased from any music student or at the high school office.

Middle & High School Student Council members are selling discount cards to Fricker’s in Defiance.  Your $10 donation will be split between Christmas for Kids and our Student Councils.  Cards may be purchased before the remaining home football games, by sending in the order form found in the attachments section above, or by contacting the high school office.  Cards may be used an unlimited amount of times between now and June 1, 2015 for one of three offers at each visit.  Check out the order form for the discounts.

We would like to help David Robinson and his family by holding a DAVID ROBINSON FAMILY BENEFIT on November 15th, 2014. This is going to be held at Fairview High School from 4-9:00 pm. We plan on having a live auction, silent auction, bake sale, 50/50 raffle, food line, kid’s games and other entertainment. We are also holding a Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament to benefit the family on November 14th at the Ney Legion (Ney, Ohio) with registration starting at 5:30 and the tournament starting at 6:30.

Central Local Schools Won An Innovative Straight A Grant



Central Local Schools in a consortium effort with 15 districts in Fulton, Defiance, Henry, Paulding, and Williams County won an innovative Straight A Grant in the amount of $3,402,120. This grant funding will be used to expand virtual and blending learning opportunities for students within the consortium districts.

Location

The Central Local School District has three schools, Fairview High School, Fairview Middle School, and Fairview Elementary School. The district is located in Defiance County in NW Ohio, 8 miles south of Bryan and about 12 miles west of Defiance.
