  • Instructions for SwiftK12 Notification System (Replacement for Honeywell Instant Alert)

Honeywell Instant Alert is going out of the notification business. Therefore, it has become necessary to transition to another company, and we have chosen SwiftK12 as our replacement notification system. In order to continue receiving notifications, such as school delays and other important notifications, it is extremely important that you have all the correct information in Final Forms. We have outlined below the simple instructions for making the migration.

First click on the Parents link; then click on the Parent Portal link. Once you have reached this step, use the following instructions (Updated 8/27/2021) to manage your notification preferences in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. If you have any incorrect or missing contact information showing in the SwiftK12 module in the Parent Portal, then please update FinalForms (centrallocal.org > Parents > Final Forms).

Review your information in the Parent Portal. Once the information is correct and you have chosen how you would like to be notified, then you have completed the process.

If you have questions, feel free to contact Mr. Adam Singer at 419-658-2378 ext. 4243. Thank you.

  • New Website Calendar System

We have recently changed our public website calendar in an effort to streamline and simplify our calendar systems here at Central Local Schools. We now use Google Calendar throughout our district for our public non-athletic based website events. All of our athletic events are also now managed exclusively through our athletic website fairviewapaches.com which is managed by our Athletic Director Mr. Paul Yunker. These changes have helped us simplify our resource scheduling, improve our organization of district resources, and improve communication. If you have any questions, then please contact our Director of Technology Mr. Adam Singer (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Have a great day!
